Programming, Co-ordination & Flexibility

As one of the last finishing trades we realise the importance of actively co-ordinating and programming our works with other trades and sub-contractors. Each project is overseen by a Contracts Manager and a dedicated site foreman is then appointed to fully supervise and co-ordinate the works in line with our high quality and safety standards.

To ensure the smooth running of the contract our dedicated management team attends all co-ordination, progress and safety meetings and provides the regular management reports and “key performance indicators” (KPIs) required by the project’s own Project Controls Team.

This pro-active approach takes away the surprises and last minute panics often associated with conventional painting contracts and ensures the timely completion of the works through to a satisfactory practical completion.
