Safety
Our health and safety reputation is a cornerstone of our company and we have an enviable track record in this area with many awards from some of the world’s largest landmark projects and bluechip clients.
Before any project can start it is considered and planned in detail to allow for the appropriate method statements, risk assessments and COSHH assessments to be put in place. Only then is the workforce inducted so that the project is carried out to the highest safety standards achievable.
To ensure we meet the highest safety and quality standards consistently we operate a 100% CSCS card policy across our entire workforce.
As a minimum standard our Working at Height policy ensures that all relevant staff are suitably trained in IPAF and PASMA. In addition we ensure that safety harness training is given and all harnesses are logged and checked at regular intervals.
Scafftags are used for all mobile wheeled access equipment and all of our power tools and spray equipment is logged and PAT tested.
We partake in the government backed CITB ConstructionSkills initiative and continually improve our workforce by implementing approved Training & Development Plans on annual basis.
Health and safety issues are ever changing on all of our projects and as a company we continually record, monitor and improve conditions as a result of our innovations.
