The team at S Lucas has completed the internal decoration package at Ropemaker, a 21-storey plus three storey basement prestigious development by British Land in the heart of the City of London, cutting costs by 20% but still providing an exceptional result. We were able to specify a new type of coating for this particular project with a faster application that led to the significant savings without compromising on the finish or the product performance. Ropemaker is designed by Arup Associates and provides some 600,000 sq ft of high quality office space, trading floors, a double height atrium and expansive roof terraces with stunning City views. Once again we have been able to show our commercial clients that we provide an excellent, cost- effective service.
