Lucas secures back-of-house package for Earls Court residential development

Lucas has started work on a major back-of-house painting package for Sir Robert McAlpine in the first new residential development underway as part of the Earls Court Masterplan.

The new development is Lillie Square close by West Brompton and the Earls Court area of west London. It is a five-phased development of luxury apartments, town houses and penthouse suites.

Lucas has been tasked with painting basement areas with special resin coatings for floors, dust-inhibiting sealers and specialist coatings to all blockwork.

The new development is a joint venture between Capital and Counties Property and KFI.
