Lucas sings out loudly at King’s Cross

Lucas has struck the perfect note again at King’s Cross. Our latest major decorations package is at Capella, a residential-led, mixed use development to the north of this rapidly-changing and vibrant area of central London.

We are already heavily involved in the nearby Cadence development of 163 dwellings. Now Capella next door will deliver 176 new studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with retail spaces on the ground floor in a striking 13-storey building designed by Allies and Morrison. Both buildings overlook the Lewis Cubitt Park.

Lucas teams will carry out a full decorations package throughout all apartments and the shared use facilities which include amenity spaces, entrance lobbies, a car park and cycle store. We will apply specialist coatings to back of house plant rooms and decorate all the core and basement areas of the new building.

The main contractor for Capella is Laing O’Rourke and the developer is Argent. The project is due to complete in the latter part of 2023.
