From Office to Classroom: Manraj Earns First Class Honours

Lucas Commercial Manager Manraj Binning deserves to raise a glass this week.

He has just secured a BSc Hons. first class in Quantity Surveying after five years of hard studying at Greenwich University. He earned his HNC after two years in 2020 and has now completed his degree over three further years under a day release scheme while at the same time working very successfully at Lucas HQ.

Manraj, 24, grew up in Gravesend and left Gravesend Grammar School after his GCSEs to start work in construction as a junior estimator with a concrete contractor. He joined Lucas in 2017 where we encouraged him to continue his studies and gain valuable experience supporting our wide range of projects.
