Lucas set for luxury living in Hampstead

Lucas has secured the full decorations package for a luxury retirement development in Hampstead, North London.

It is called The Oren by Elysian Residences and comprises 40 luxury two and three bedroom apartments and four fabulous penthouses all with their own outdoor spaces. The development will include a restaurant and wellness centre as well as providing residents with a full suite of services.

The Lucas team will carefully decorate throughout all the residences and the common areas, and apply specialist coatings to back of house areas and the basement and car park.

This is a leafy, residential area of Hampstead not far from Hampstead Heath so the entire working environment will require care and consideration.

Our team is now on site for the main contractor, Kingscote Construction, and completion is due by Summer 2024.
