Lucas teams completed the main decorations package for Gateway Central a ten-storey office building at White City Place.

We decorated throughout the basement and back-of-house areas including applying specialist epoxy resin coatings to plant room floors and the car park (including all linemarkings), and anti-dust coatings to masonry and concrete walls.

We painted core areas of the building including staircases along with all office walls, ceilings and joinery throughout.

Gateway Central is one of several new buildings in White City Place, labelled a creative campus of new businesses in broadcasting, technology and fashion. The top five floors will be occupied by L'Oréal for their new UK headquarters.

The development is close by a number of other developments and refurbishments creating a fashionable new business and residential quarter in this part of west London and where Lucas has been responsible for a wide variety of fit out and finishing packages.
