Client: Hearst UK
Architect: Ruff Architects
A fit out team from Lucas has created a smart new product testing area within the West End offices of the leading premium content and experience business, Hearst UK. Hearst UK publishes 22 brands including Good Housekeeping, Women’s Health and Cosmopolitan.
Lucas focused on re-working the beauty and skincare testing space at the Good Housekeeping Institute at St Anne’s Court Soho.
The team stripped out and reconfigured existing spaces, working through all the mechanical and electrical elements, building new testing facility areas, and applying all wall, ceiling and floor finishes.
The two month project required bespoke metal and joinery elements including a new reception desk.
