Camden Lock Village

Lucas painting teams have completed a long term project to rejuvenate one of London’s top tourist destinations known as “the corner of cool”.

The streets around Camden Lock are home to a number of markets and now a major project will rejuvenate the canal-side area with a mixed-use development of residences, market spaces, cafés and restaurants, a cinema and commercial spaces.

We decorated throughout all 195 residential units in eight new buildings of between three and nine storeys as well as applying specialist coatings to the basements, back of house areas and car parks in what has become Camden Lock Village.

A Lucas fit out team also carried out a series of alterations to bathroom pods installed in the apartments

Our work was carried out for the main contractor, Mace. The developer is Market Tech.
