Lucas Fit Out has undertaken a prestigious fit out contract for developer Stanhope at the award-winning Chiswick Park office development complex in West London.

Our team carried out the fit out works in Building 6 on the 33 Acre site. This comprised of the Design Development and fitting out of shower, changing and toilet areas, wall finishes in the reception area and installation of stainless steel lift fronts in the circulation areas

The toilet and shower area works comprised of screeds, wall and floor tiling, plasterboard walls and ceilings, mechanical and electrical services, laminated wall panels, laminated cubicles, lockers, mirrors, decorations and accessories.

The reception area works included the manufacture and installation of bespoke timber panelling and doors, which were fitted, removed and spray painted at the Lucas spray booths in Wrotham prior to reinstallation. The specialist surface on the panels was a highly polished lacquer type finish. These were installed to extremely tight tolerances. To achieve this, they were supported on a bespoke steel and timber framework, which was coordinated with mechanical services.

The stainless steel lift fronts comprised of the installation of sixty lift fronts on ten floor levels of the building.

Chiswick Park is a landmark long-term, phased development designed by architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners . The building designs have been developed to the highest environmental standards, with the end user comfort and enjoyment of the spaces being paramount. The development is widely recognised as a very attractive place to work and as a result has already won a string of industry awards.

The Lucas Fit Out team is delighted to be part of a continuing development project where the maintenance of the highest construction industry standards is key.
