Lucas has completed a major toilet fit out programme and installed key reception area features at Monument Place, a new 82,000 sq. ft. office building on Monument Street in the heart of the City of London.
The new development designed by David Walker Architects and built by Mace is on the site of the recently-demolished Centurion House and incorporates Grade A office accommodation on levels one to nine as well as two retail units on the ground floor.
Lucas undertook a 20 week programme to fit out of the male, female and disabled WCs on all levels in the building. Our highly efficient team installed partitions, back painted glass panels, American black walnut doors and frames, toilet cubicles and dividers, stone vanity tops, and sanitary ware including cantilevered WCs.
We also completed a package of works in the reception area installing stainless steel trims, a huge, seven meter mirror and back-painted glass panels and doors to create a striking visual effect for workers and visitors alike as they walk through reception to the lift lobbies.
As always at Lucas we made sure the job was completed on time.
