Robin Partington Architects were so impressed by the quality and attractiveness of our Muralplast surface treatment range that Lucas was contracted to decorate the prestigious Park House W1 development owned by Land Securities that they helped design.

This magnificent mixed use building constructed by Mace is located on the corner of North Row and Oxford Street in Mayfair with an entrance for residents on Park Street. The building has a striking curved glass frontage at Oxford Street where it is the largest new development for more than 50 years. Its location combines the best of London’s Georgian history with the capital’s busiest high street.

The development included over 15,000 sqm. of office space, over 8,000 sqm. of retail space and over 5,000 sqm. of fabulous residential apartments.

We developed detailed Muralplast surface treatment specifications for the new building which gave Lucas the opportunity to demonstrate the full range of our commercial and residential decorating talents.

Lucas also installed temporary accommodation for the substantial workforce on the site while Park House W1 was being built.

Lucas is proud to have played an important part in delivering such a spectacular new development in London’s West End.
