Wandsworth Riverside

Lucas has completed a series of substantial painting packages at the Riverside Quarter, Wandsworth spread over a 15 year period.

Our specialist painting teams were first deployed at the development in 2005 for ISG, completing a series of decorations packages for the first two newly constructed apartment buildings along the banks of the River Thames.

This was the first phase of the Riverside Quarter development, a sought after residential complex overlooking the river and opposite Fulham’s famous Hurlingham Club. The complex now incorporates parks and gardens as well as a gym and swimming pool.

In a second phase of programmes we worked for the contractor Galliford Try to provide a complete decorations package for two residential tower blocks of nine storeys and 12 storeys, as well as a plant building on the site.

Lucas returned to the development in 2019 to undertake a third major package decorating a further 172 residential units in a mixed use development rising to 11 storeys on the south side of the building away from the River Thames and up to 15 storeys adjacent to the river.

Lucas painting teams decorated all living spaces and bathrooms, associated amenity spaces including roof terraces and balconies, and applied specialist coatings to basement and back of house areas. All completed to time and budget.
